1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as:

• "User" / "You" — Any person who has created an account on the platform or is using its services.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Multiple accounts in the same person's name are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Payment Methods

The following methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on the 5999be platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions. If evidence of involvement in money laundering or fraud is found, the account will be closed immediately and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonus benefits through dishonest means — such as creating multiple accounts or providing false information to obtain a bonus — will result in the cancellation of the account concerned. 5999be reserves the right to cancel unused bonuses at any time.

5.4 Other Promotional Offers

Special promotions, cashback and reload bonus offers may be made available from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

6. VIP Program

The 5999be VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play and active participation on the platform:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

VIP benefits apply only to active and verified account holders. 5999be reserves the right to revoke VIP status in the event of a breach of these Terms.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

7.1 Software Errors

Any winnings arising from a software error, technical issue or unintentional mistake will be considered void. 5999be reserves the right to reclaim any amounts paid out in such circumstances.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Artificially transferring funds between accounts.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack against our platform.

7.3 Dispute Resolution
